The McQuaig System: A Three-Step Process
Step One:
Define. If you don’t know what you are looking for how will you know when you find it? The McQuaig Job Survey® analyzes the behavioral requirements for any job function and creates the benchmark against which all candidates are objectively assessed for fit with the job.

How can these assessments help a DMC?
I took the survey and was amazed at how accurate it was! I'm on board to purchase them for my senior staff right away because not only will this be ideal to use as a hiring tool, I think that after our department heads all take the assessment, it might help with "better communication" tools with existing staff. One area that was clearly identified to me as something I should work on, probably affects many in our organization as a result of my management style and if I'm more aware of it, I bet I can be a more effective communicator with my staff.
