This conference is designed for destination management industry professionals who want to help take their company to the next level - in profitability, in increased client load, and in annual revenues.  

It is past the time for DMCs to just be order takers.  It doesn't take much skill to organize 2 buses to pick up a client at point A to drop them at point B.  When a DMC is an order maker, they will be sitting at the table when the program is initially designed so that they understand the goals and objectives of the program and can contribute their creativity and special skills and knowledge about their venue to make the program an outstanding one that will be talked about for years to come by the participants.

The Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf and Spa is a fee inclusive resort - your room rate covers all your meals, bar by the glass and more (click here for more details.) That's why ADMEI has lowered your conference registration fee!  The cost for the first person from your company to attend this year's conference, including hotel and airport transfers is less than it cost to send someone to the 2014 Annual Conference.  And, that doesn't even include the costs of the dinner on your free night (if you choose to eat at one of  the hotel's excellent restaurants), not to mention the drinks at the bars, snacks and drinks by the pool and your minibar.

We have negotiated a rate that is at least $100 below rack rate... but it is only good until 9 January 2015.  We highly recommend that you make your hotel reservation quickly!  For the hotelregistration link and code, click here.

Airport transfers

Included in this year's registration fee are transfers for participants arriving on Wednesday and Thursday, 11-12 February and departing on Sunday, 15 February.

DMC Institute Certificate Program

This popular program is an in-depth look at all aspects of a destination management company. Now, participants can complete this six hour program and develop a plan of how their DMC will implement what they have learned to receive a certificate, good for certification and recertification credits. Designed for new staff interested in the DMC profession, registration for the Institute includes a copy of Best Practices in Destination Management, which is the primary source book for the Destination Management Certified Professional® (DMCP) exam. This program is lead by Nicole Marsh, DMCP, CMP, President, AXS Group and Kevin Brewer, DMCP, COO, Leo Events. For more information, click here.

180 participants, including DMC owners and staff, speakers and sponsors, spent three days exploring different aspects of destination management during our 2013 conference.  The conference opened with Smart Hunt® organized by Best TeamBuilding.
