We brought together unique events and superior service to produce a spectacular 3-day event for a major automotive company’s national dealer meeting. Pre-program meetings, rehearsals and walk-throughs spanned over five days, and showed the intensity and attention to detail our client demanded. Services spanned from dedicated arrival and departures shuttles from two airports to three group hotels; to back-to-back offsite evening events; dedicated shuttle transportation; onsite logistical staff and hospitality desk staff; floral décor and linens for hospitality suites, breakfast rooms and lunch buffets; and international executives requiring VIP services from transfers to exclusive dinner reservations.
