2007 ADME 2007 Achievement Award Winners Best Innovative Event - $100,001 to $200,000 Corporate meeting planners for Fidelity Investments’ coordinated with Chicago Travel Consultants, Inc. (CTC) to coordinate and execute an exclusive 400-person offsite event at Wrigley Field. This event was the second of its kind for Wrigley Field – and the first by an outside corporate group. CTC utilized their local knowledge of the field, personal contacts and extreme-detailed, logistical planning and creativity to present a seamless event that neither the guests, nor Wrigley Field had ever seen. Guests had exclusive access to the entire stadium and enjoyed the freedom to walk the field, catch a fly ball, run the bases, meet a famous Chicago Cub, get a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium, and enjoy one of the oldest baseball fields all to themselves. |
